The demo
The demo uses a fictional hut with fictional guests. It needs no real personal data and sends nothing. What you type or change in the demo, such as a name in the guest request, is kept in your own browser (local storage) and you can remove it with Reset demo. We use no cookies.
Personal links
If you received a personal link, it contains a code with which we can link your feedback to your hut. The code is kept in your browser for this visit only and is sent to us only together with a form that you fill in yourself. It is not used for analytics.
Pilot application and feedback
When you apply for the pilot or send feedback, we receive what you enter in the form: for the pilot, the name of your hut, your name, your email address and your country. We use this only to contact you about the pilot. Forms are processed by Tally, with data stored in the EU. The form is shown inside this site, but what you type goes directly to Tally, not through Hutta.
With the form we also receive the page where you opened it, the language of that page and, only if you came through a personal link, its code.
We keep this for [retention period], then delete it.
Visitor statistics
If we count visits, we do so with Plausible, without cookies and without personal data: only the page, the campaign wave of a link and the language of the page. A personal code is never part of this.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time via [email address]. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

De demo gebruikt een fictieve hut met fictieve gasten. Hij heeft geen echte persoonsgegevens nodig en verstuurt niets. Wat je in de demo invult of verandert, zoals een naam in de aanvraag als gast, blijft in je eigen browser (local storage); met Reset demo wis je het. We gebruiken geen cookies.
Als je een persoonlijke link kreeg, bevat die een code waarmee we je feedback aan je hut kunnen koppelen. De code blijft alleen tijdens dit bezoek in je browser en gaat alleen naar ons samen met een formulier dat je zelf invult. Hij wordt niet gebruikt voor statistieken.
Als je je aanmeldt voor de pilot of feedback stuurt, ontvangen we wat je in het formulier invult: voor de pilot de naam van je hut, je naam, je e-mailadres en je land. We gebruiken dit alleen om contact met je op te nemen over de pilot. Formulieren worden verwerkt door Tally, met opslag in de EU. Het formulier staat in deze site, maar wat je invult gaat rechtstreeks naar Tally, niet via Hutta. Met het formulier ontvangen we ook de pagina waar je het opende, de taal van die pagina en, alleen als je via een persoonlijke link kwam, de code daarvan. We bewaren dit [bewaartermijn] en verwijderen het daarna.
Als we bezoeken tellen, doen we dat met Plausible, zonder cookies en zonder persoonsgegevens: alleen de pagina, de campagnegolf van een link en de taal van de pagina. Een persoonlijke code hoort daar nooit bij.
Je kunt ons altijd vragen je gegevens in te zien, te verbeteren of te verwijderen via [e-mailadres]. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
